Salam alaykum, just wanted to write and say how thankful I am for your blog. I’m an American Bangladeshi living away from my parents in France and thanks to your easy instructions I’m able to cook Bangladeshi food for my toddler. The roast recipe tastes just like my mom’s 🙂
